RibbleChain DEX

The RibbleChain Decentralized Exchange (DEX) allows users to swap $XRB, ERC-20 tokens, and other assets on Layer 1 (L1) or Layer 3 (L3) rollups with low fees and high speed. This guide explains how to use the DEX.

Prerequisites​

Step 1: Access the DEX​

Visit the RibbleChain DEX. Connect your wallet:

  • Click "Connect Wallet."
  • Approve the connection in the RibbleChain Wallet app.

Step 2: Swap Tokens​

  • Select the input token (e.g., $XRB) and output token (e.g., $RST).
  • Enter the amount to swap.
  • Review the estimated output and slippage.
  • Confirm the transaction (gasless if enabled).

Step 3: Add Liquidity​

Provide liquidity to earn fees:

  • Navigate to the "Liquidity" tab.
  • Select a token pair (e.g., $XRB/$RST).
  • Enter the amounts and approve the tokens.
  • Confirm the liquidity addition.

Step 4: Monitor Transactions​

Track swaps and liquidity on the RibbleChain Explorer:

  • Search by transaction hash.
  • Verify token balances in your wallet.

Best Practices​

  • Slippage: Set a low slippage tolerance (e.g., 0.5%) for volatile pairs.
  • MEV Protection: Enable Private Transactions for large swaps.
  • Liquidity: Add balanced amounts to avoid impermanent loss.
  • Security: Verify the DEX URL to avoid phishing.
